THERAPEUTIC HYPNOSIS

Therapeutic hypnosis is used in many contexts. Clinical studies suggest that hypnosis can improve immune function, increase relaxation, reduce stress, and relieve pain and anxiety.

Hypnotherapy can reduce fear and anxiety before medical or dental procedures. For example, studies show that clients who underwent hypnosis had a significantly lower pain threshold than those who were not hypnotized. Hypnosis can also improve recovery time and reduce anxiety, as well as pain after surgery. Clinical trials on burn patients show that hypnosis reduces pain and speeds healing.
In general, clinical studies show that therapeutic hypnosis can reduce your need for medication, and improve your physical and mental condition in all circumstances.

A hypnotherapist can teach you self-regulation skills.

For example, someone with arthritis can learn to control pain. Hypnotherapy can also be used to help manage chronic illness. Hypnosis can provide a sense of control, which is often lacking in clients with chronic illnesses.

Clinical studies on children in emergency care centers show that hypnosis therapy reduces fear, anxiety and discomfort.

The study revealed that, over a nine-month period of weekly sessions, those helped by hypnosis had superior improvements in concentration, memory and socialization compared to those in the talk group.

For whom?

We'll provide you with all the tools you need to meet your objectives and expectations, and accompany you on your journey.

However, several sessions are necessary:
The desire to progress, to get out of your comfort zone, however uncomfortable it may be from the outside.
Be in resonance with the therapist, to benefit from his/her knowledge and energy.
Have an open mind, and don't be afraid to take a little time for the neural rewriting to take place.
One session is not enough.

Children and teenagers are welcome, as this type of hypnosis is effective for teenage children.

Is it safe for me?

The therapeutic practice of hypnosis does not presuppose any particular "gift" on the part of the consultant. The hypnotic state is a normal mode of psychological functioning, a kind of "paradoxical wakefulness" that can easily be mobilized in virtually all patients.

Respectful of the consultants' wishes, this practice has only one risk: that of stopping the protocol before the end, because the objectives would not be achieved.
